Vinyasa

Vinyasa is typically more fast-paced compared to other styles of yoga. This type of yoga strings postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a slower, more passive approach to yoga. It is helps to melt away muscle tension, create space in the body, and alleviate stress. This type of yoga is less about building strength or working up a sweat than it is about deep mental and physical relaxation.

Yin

Yin yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely.

Hatha

Hatha yoga is a gentle form of yoga practice designed for beginners or those with a more meditative focus. It typically involves a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques.

Flow and Restore

Flow and Restore is a gentle movement class with a deep relaxation element.

Hot Vinyasa

Heated vinyasa practice with jamming tunes. Bring a towel and water.
